Is the client really free?
Yes, the client and the launcher are free. Premium is optional: it adds premium modules and priority support.
Which Minecraft version is supported?
Minecraft 1.21.11 on Fabric. The launcher installs the right game and loader versions for you.
Why do I need the launcher?
The launcher installs and updates the client and signs you in. The client will not start without it.
Can I use my account on another PC?
Your account is tied to one computer. If you switched PCs, buy an HWID reset in the shop or contact support.
How do I install it?
Sign up, download the launcher from your account page, sign in and press Play. That is all.
What are the PC requirements?
If plain Minecraft 1.21.11 runs fine on your PC, so will the client. You need 64-bit Windows, at least 4 GB of RAM and a GPU with OpenGL 4.4.
Does Premium renew on its own?
No, we never charge you without asking. Buying Premium again adds the days to your current period.
Which payment methods are supported?
Russian and international cards, SBP and crypto. Payments are handled by our payment partner.
I paid but nothing happened
Payments usually go through within a minute, and you can see the status on the order page in your account. If it is still waiting after 15 minutes, contact support with your order number.
How do I protect my account?
Use a password you do not use anywhere else and turn on 2FA in the Security section.
